Onboarding 18 more users to bring the group to 28, embedding the operating model from the pilot, and handing over to a self-sufficient team. Sessions with the wider group sit on the line; working-group activity runs underneath.
Measurement: a Jira-confidence pulse is captured at baseline and again at closeout (10 Sep) for a clean before and after, with adoption read directly from the pilot dashboards. Assumptions: existing pilot artefacts are reused and refined, not rebuilt; Jira configuration is stable, so this phase is adoption focused rather than further build; VIDA L&D owns final production of learning assets with Opposite advising and drafting; scheduling and comms to the 28 users are coordinated by VIDA. Town Hall is set for Thursday 6 August, with the option to push back a week if needed.
